Naloxone Kits

Naloxone is a medicine that rapidly reverses an opioid overdose. Simply Peel, Place and Push. Naloxone is safe; it has no effect on someone who does not have opioids in their system, and it is not a treatment for opioid use disorder. No prescription required. See map of NaloxBox locations, or call us at 585-753-5300 to request naloxone.

Fentanyl Test Strips

Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid used for treating severe pain and is 50 to 100 times more potent than heroin and morphine. Fentanyl test strips (FTS) can detect the presence of fentanyl in different kinds of drugs and drug forms (pills, powder, and injectable). FTS can inform people about the presence of fentanyl so they can take steps to reduce their risk of overdose. Call us at 585-753-5300 to make a confidential request for supplies.

Xylazine Test Strips

Xylazine can be found in powder heroin, fentanyl, cocaine, benzodiazepines and methamphetamines. Xylazine test strips (XTS) can be placed within a personal sample of drugs to detect the presence of Xylazine. Xylazine is a non-opioid sedative that is approved by FDA for animal use, but not for human use. Call us at 585-753-5300 to make a confidential request for supplies.
