2024 SPECIAL EVENT - MONROE COUNTY's 14th ANNUAL INTERGENERATIONAL FALL CLEAN-UP

The Monroe County Office for the Aging and Rochester Youth Bureau annual Fall Clean-Up event is an excellent opportunity for young adults in our community to support older neighbors in Monroe County. Volunteers will be assigned to homes to help with raking and yard clean-up for older homeowners who occasionally need a helping hand.

We are seeking approximately 100-120 volunteers from high schools, colleges, and youth organizations throughout the County. The more volunteers we have, the lighter the work will be. Volunteers should be prepared for a three- to four-hour commitment. Each participant will receive a light breakfast, an event t-shirt, and all necessary supplies, including rakes.  Please click here to sign up as a volunteer.
