Monroe County Executive Adam Bello today announced the return of Monroe County Winterfest at Mendon Ponds Park. This popular family event will take place on Saturday, January 25, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is filled with free activities for people of all ages throughout the park.
“Monroe County Winterfest is a fun-filled family event that showcases our community and the diverse offerings of our park system, even in the winter months,” said County Executive Bello. “I encourage folks to stop by for a day filled with games, activities, and great food.”
New to Monroe County Winterfest this year are the Winterfest Hot Cocoa Races hosted by Fleet Feet and YellowJacket Racing. The races will begin at 10 a.m. from Stewart Lodge and will consist of a Trail 5k, a Road 5k, and a Children’s Race.
