Road Closure Begins at 9 a.m. on August 5

Monroe County Department of Transportation today announced a section of Plank Road between Jackson Road and Fairport Nine Mile Point Road in the Town of Penfield will close beginning at 9 a.m. Monday, August 5 for a sanitary sewer installation. The road is expected to remain closed through 5 p.m. Friday, August 9.
Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes. A detour will be posted.
