Due to construction delays, the Monroe County Department of Transportation will close a section of Stone Road in the Town of Pittsford beginning at 9 a.m. on Wednesday August 16, 2023 for a culvert replacement project. Originally, the road was scheduled to close on August 9.
Stone Road between Chelsea Park and Chatham Wood will remain closed to through traffic for approximately six weeks. The road will remain open for local traffic only.
Motorists are asked to detour via Clover Street (State Route 65) and Tobey Road.
