ROC’s first nonstop to North Carolina’s Research Triangle

Monroe County Executive Adam Bello and the Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC) today announced that Avelo Airlines will begin nonstop service to Raleigh/Durham International Airport (RDU). With today’s announcement of ROC’s first nonstop service in 20 years to North Carolina’s Research Triangle, Avelo introduces a new era of affordable, convenient and reliable air travel from Rochester. Avelo will begin service at ROC on June 14 and operate this route to RDU twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays on Boeing Next-Generation 737.
