With this weekend’s forecasted high heat and humidity, Monroe County Executive Adam J. Bello announced today that swimming at Ontario Beach Park is extended for an additional hour on Saturday, August 6, and Sunday, August 7. Beachgoers will now be able to swim from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Lifeguards will be on duty to monitor swimmers. The county reminds the public that glass containers and pets are prohibited from park grounds. For water conditions call (585) 753-5887.
