New York State's social services agencies are creating a new system to make it easier for New Yorkers to get information and apply for social services benefits and services. Since you might use the system, we value your opinions.
Please take a few minutes to give your thoughts about some of the names we could use for this new system. Please keep the following questions in mind:
- Are the names easy to understand?
- Do the names show that this is an online place to go to get help with social services programs or services (i.e. help with food needs, economic assistance, fuel/utility costs)?
- Are the names confusing? Do they sound like other names you have heard?
