Clerk Seasonal - BOE
Description of Duties
This Seasonal Clerical Position involves performing a variety of routine administrative tasks. Employees in this role receive detailed oral and/or written instructions for new or complex assignments. Work is reviewed through direct supervisory observation, quality checks, and cross-referencing within the clerical process. The Seasonal Clerk operates under the direct supervision of a higher-ranking clerical employee and performs related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to answer and direct phone calls, maintain files and records, perform data entry, proofread, provide customer service, stuff envelopes and various other clerical tasks. Having dependable transportation is essential, as travel to different Polling Sites may be required. Flexibility is key, as the role demands adaptability to assist wherever needed during Election season.
